Interior magnetic storm windows

Our magnetic storm windows are mounted to the interior of the home or business just in front of the existing windows.  Among other benefits, this allows for the essential "dead airspace" between the windows needed to hinder the transfer of energy.

HOW  WE  DO  IT

Our methods are very ideal because the installation is relatively simple, highly effective, and very un-intrusive (which keeps costs down).

We start with the installation of an angled steel frame that parallels the existing window frame which is usually made up of a non-magnetic material such as aluminum or vinyl.  Next, we simply "snap" in the acrylic window already custom made at our shop.  The outer edges of our window pane are fitted with a continuous magnetic stripping that actually snaps to the steel frame.  This creates a magnetic seal around the window much like a refrigerator door that is virtually air-tight.
